Interview
Basically they had 3 processes. First an introduction with a written exam and a group interview. The second one is a half day internship (non elimination) followed by final interview with the HR people and the managing director in Singapore ( A jap guy)

The japanese guy was pretty straight forward but there's this late 40s HR lady that seem to always want a solid answer. She looked at me directly in the eye with each question as if she wants more.
Qns include - whats the most difficult thing you've faced in life, have you ever lead a team before? why do you want to work for uniqlo singapore? what's your plan in 5 years time

The interview was concise and included basic questions of experience and situational. there were three rounds of the interviews for this role. hr. area manager, and final interview. you will most likely be interviewed with another person.

The first interview is with a human resource personnel. It is online, you are with either 1 or 2 more applicants. This part is more of a get to know you more. Second interview, is with an area manager. This part will check your qualifications and skills.
