The Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in-depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.

Applied online and received an email for a 15-20min interview with the store manager. You pick your interview time and make sure to arrive on time or a little early because the interviews are all done right after each other. The person before me came late so my interview was pushed back.

Job Fair, Group Inteview with 1 Interviewer and 4 Interviewee.
There is 4 Groupt at the time so it is 16 people interview at the same time.
The Duration is 20 minutes, 4-5 question asked.
Everyone got the same question.
I interviewed through the Uniqlo job fair. The process was very quick and efficient.
The questions were fairly standard, focusing mostly on customer service scenarios, teamwork, and attitude. The interviewer was professional and kept the conversation straightforward.
