Interview
Stage 1:
Phone interview
- Make sure to research on Uniqlo, e.g recycling project, products etc.
- Smile during the phone call or sound happy or lively
Stage 2:
Group interview
- SMILE
- Have good posture throughout the interview
- RESEARCH on uniqlo, they like it if you have a lot of background knowledge
- FOCUS on customer service

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
