A 30 mins interview which involved self introduction, reasons to work, questions and opinions on the importance of the store system, how would you act based on a case study given
Sent an application through the website and a few days later, I heard a call back from them for an interview. Be aware that the interview is not one-on-one, I did a group interview with 3 other candidates.

They asked me what I would do if I have conflict with other colleagues and how to solve them
They welcome fresh graduates. The interview included questions like self-introduction and how's your impression of Uniqlo? The interview itself is not a very long and hard one for a newbie to handle.
Very personable, not incredibly long. It was a typical retail interview with questions like can you list times where u solved an issue with customers and how do you work with teams?
