Overall it was nice. HR responsible for this program answered quickly. The last stage - interview with CEO of Russia was a little bit complicated, but HR send questions to be prepared for.

The first interview is with a human resource personnel. It is online, you are with either 1 or 2 more applicants. This part is more of a get to know you more. Second interview, is with an area manager. This part will check your qualifications and skills.
