Stage 1 of the recruitment process was a group case study. It was ran by members of the recruitment team whom observed your interactions with the other applicants. The case study was based around rectifying and improving store standards - stimulation of how you would go about things should you be the store manager.
Process including individually reading the case study, a period of group discussion and idea generation and finally presentation to other groups/recruitment team and answering of questions. Business case was largely based around improvements with regards to profit/loss margins, expected due to the nature of the retail industry.

Application to the program was to be a UMC for the applied country. Chance to relocate internationally is possible, however based on availability and need of roles.
