3 rounds - group interview, one on one with the regional manager, final round with the COO and CEO.
Group interview is basic. A case like others have described - a dirty store, declining sales, unhelpful sales assistants etc and how would you change it? People are divided into 2 groups. One group acts as the board of directors and the other presents after 10 mins of discussion.
One on one with the regional manager: this was actually enjoyable as the regional manager seemed to be a open minded and friendly person. Authentic about what he say/ask too. Basic questions like tell me a time when you were challenged.
Final round - CEO and COO they acted as if they were opened minded and interested in all different backgrounds, ages etc. but make no mistakes - they don't mean it. They asked many questions about their concerns for age. Personally I was offended as it was clearly discrimination. It seems to me that they only want a group of people who fit exactly with the moulded box of definition.
