Interview
It was very quick and simple. I sent my cv at night and two days after i had the first interview. They day after the first interview I had the second one and at the same day i started my training.

Question 1
Give me and example of an excellent customer service.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
