u go to the store on time for the given interview time. first of all they make u wait for about 30min - 1.5 hour in a room to fill up a short form and nooone comes and youre just left there hanging until a manager finally comes. i went for the uniqlo interview and they made me wait for 30min my boyfriend went for the interview at the same store and they made him wait for 1.5 hours. i fell asleep while waiting for him to come out. okay so basically after waiting for eternity and filling up that form, when the manager finally comes in, she viewed the google docs form that we submitted and that asked questions from there. its all simple questions like "why do u wna work at uniqlo", "how long can u commit" etc etc and then they make sure u can clock in a minimum of like 20h a week lolol but idc and i didnt clock in minimum 20h a week cos i am working 2 other jobs im burnt out. so yea thats it then u can leave and wait for a call if you are selected.
Group interview at their main Harbourfront office. Very informal interview with lots of students looking for part time job opportunities. They do inform you that work timing is flexible and you can choose what location you want to work in so you can choose a location that is most comfortable for you.
