I applied online and a few days later they sent me an email asking me to come in for an interview in a week at the 5th avenue store, at 3pm (they stated to come 15 minutes early). When i arrived I asked an employee to lead me to the break room, which is where there were a mix of employees eating lunch, getting ready, and people waiting to be interviewed. It was a little tense. Then a kind lady asked all of us to follow her, she lead us through this weird maze in the building next door to a small room where we sat down and filled out an application that stated our previous experience and availability. Behind us were 3 tables where 3 uniqlo workers, including her were separately interviewing all of us. The workers were very friendly and pleasant, and the fact that they interviewed us separately made me feel so much better. Overall it was an easy interview, they seemed interested in knowing a little about us and what we like to do, and plan on doing in the future. They joked with us and made us feel comfortable, I sensed no tension. They asked generally easy questions. They told us by the end of the day we'd receive an email if we got the job.
