I applied online. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Dhaka) in Dec 2018
Interview
Firstly, after sorting out the CV's they selected around 180 candidates, During the interview day they organized a seminar which explained the goals( to become the top clothing brand in the world by 2023) and also explained what Uniqlo is and role of a production manager. Secondly,we had to face an interview over video conference form their representatives in Shanghai office. Who mainly asked about why chose Uniqlo, long term goals etc. Selected candidates had to take a color test and after followed by an amplitude test which had questions of Math and English. Getting past that phase I got selected for a 2 day internship and a group discussion. In that internship session they want us to give a flavor of the job we're going to do.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Bengaluru)
Interview
The process starts with applying online, that included uploading the CV, CV screening took over two weeks and the first round interview held within the same duration of time. I've attended only the first round so far and waiting for the results
I applied through a recruitment agency. The agency staff was very helpful. The 1st round interview at Uniqlo was easy. The second round was quite difficult. I met the Office Manager and an interpreter because he could not speak English. Remember to talk about what you can contribute to the company instead of talking about personal development.
