Straightforward, need to show passion, got offered on the spot.
Basically, I had an interview with the old COO Kenny and I knew exactly what to say by watching his interviews. Regurgitation at it's finest. Got it.

The first interview is with a human resource personnel. It is online, you are with either 1 or 2 more applicants. This part is more of a get to know you more. Second interview, is with an area manager. This part will check your qualifications and skills.
