They welcome fresh graduates. The interview included questions like self-introduction and how's your impression of Uniqlo? The interview itself is not a very long and hard one for a newbie to handle.
Very personable, not incredibly long. It was a typical retail interview with questions like can you list times where u solved an issue with customers and how do you work with teams?
