I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Bangkok) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview session was mostly comfortable. There was two interviewers in the room, they asked maybe 5-6 questions. The interview was held only about 15 minutes. Don't act nervous, 'cause they notice! Try to act comfortable, confident and professional. They started by asking me to introduce myself, followed by the reason I want to work with Uniqlo and how can I see myself in the next 5 years at Uniqlo.

Overall positive. The pre-screen was easy. The assessment was very challenging but the online interview was very easy cuz you’ll be interviewing with ai and it only took like 1-2 minutes with a very general question
