Interview
Applied in early may and received an email in late may. Was contacted back in about the end of June to come to the group interview. Started off with the company overview and what the company is about. Then there is time for Q&A. Each person was put in groups of 5 and there were about 30 people. They give you a problem with a dirty store and give 20 minutes to prepare a solution infront of the other teams. No right answers but heavily emphasise of empowerment and motivation. Contacted within a few days if you got to the next role or not.
The interview was unique and hands-on, allowing interviewees to have the chance to experience the store environment firsthand. It gave great insight into daily tasks, team dynamics, and customer interaction—an engaging and memorable process.
