I went through the first two steps of the recruitment process. The first one was as assesment centre of around 10 people and then an individual interview with the head of HR (Kate Pierre) and a Japanese business leader (Satoshi Naito).

The first interview is with a human resource personnel. It is online, you are with either 1 or 2 more applicants. This part is more of a get to know you more. Second interview, is with an area manager. This part will check your qualifications and skills.
