I applied online. I interviewed at Uniqlo (London, England) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and received an email inviting me to an initial group interview around a month later. Having experienced a variety of different group interviews in different environments for different jobs, this interview certainly qualifies as kind and relaxed.
10 candidates split into two groups of 5 to tackle the same case study and present as a group.
The next stage was an interview with the HR manager in the UK and Japanese business leader. The interview was purely engineered to discover personal competency in alignment with the role and to discover true drive. Again this stage was fairly kind and relaxed.
Interview process was firstly Screening test --> then it was HR group interview --> progress to Interview w/ store managers + an HR manager --> In-store trial (half day) if you make it through all the above.
Overall positive. The pre-screen was easy. The assessment was very challenging but the online interview was very easy cuz you’ll be interviewing with ai and it only took like 1-2 minutes with a very general question
