Interview
I applied online and about a month later I was asked to go in for an interview within 2 days notice. The interview was a group one and it was really easy. There was 3 of us in total and the interviewer first made us complete an availability sheet and then proceeded to ask about us and why we wanted to work for Uniqlo. He then asked us if we were good working in a team environment as he said he was hiring a lot of people. Left the interview and an hour later I got a call saying I got the job!

Why Uniqlo and how good are you at working in a team environment
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
