Interview
Applied online after 3 days was called in for a interview. The interview was very calm and easy only had to answer 3-4 questions. The interview was meant to be with 3 other people but 2 didnt turn up.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
