Panel interview with upper management
The group interview was disguised as an information session. After an introduction to the company, they broke us up into groups where we had to complete a SWOT analysis for the company.
The panel interview was stressful, with 2 members upper management, a translator, and two people on Skype from Japan. There was a bit of a language barrier and the translator often broke the flow of the interview.
