Not much They recruited from the beginning of career. You need to train under UMC first before you going to be store manager. They have internal processes which differ from many other company.

Very customer centric questions. 3step mostly asking about store operations difficulty or what achievement can you bring. Really understand your strengths or weakness to elaborate what you can bring or cannot bring. Last step is all about your understanding of the company. How well do you know and what do you want with your career path.
Difficult due to how detailed they want you to go with regards to in depth explanation. Data and numbers oriented and want you to draw a clear picture as much as possible
