Online assessment followed by first round interview, it was the group interview where five of the candidates were interviewed by an area manager and a HR; then 2 days internship at the store; in the end, the final interview.

First applicants need to attend the information session. this is like a company background session where in they tell you about the company's products and services and it also mentioned other applicants who've successfully completed the training and are currently managers of specific stores. after this we had an online exam. the interview will be after taking the exam. the interview was brief and concise. they were straight to the point in getting answers they want from the applicants.
