It was a slow process, I've started sending resumés around end of September-October, I've got an In-Person Assessment around February.
It started with:
1. Kick Off Meeting
2. Online Assessment (1-2 months after the Kick Off meeting)
3. In-Person Meeting - UNIQLO Presentation, given Group Case Study and Presentation, 2 back-to back One-on-One Interview COO
If you pass the Group Case Study, you will get a personal 2 one on one interview
