Basic, easy. Just show them you have passion in the company. If you're a teenage (or young, vibrant looking) you can easily get the job. They want young and energetic staff. Basically you have to remain cheerful and always with a smiley face. If you did not smile in the entire interview, you're definitely out. Remember, they don't sell clothes, they sell service.
