I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Antwerp) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied through an online job site. Got invited for the first interview stage fast.
During the interview we were with 6 people. The entire process took about 1.5 hours. During the first 15 minutes we were shown a presentation of the company and their mission and accomplishments. Then, we were divided into 2 groups and each had to come up with a solution to a case study (bad performing store) and give a 5 minute presentation.
Some questions "Have you ever been to one of the stores", "Does any of you speak Japanese" etc. were asked on the side, but other than that no personal questions were asked; it was purely a group assessment.
Because all people in the group were eager to talk as this seemed to be the only way to show your worth, it was extremely competitive and noisy.
Although I felt good about my performance, I was contacted 4 days later that they had selected another candidate.

What makes you interested in retail?
Does any of you speak any Japanese? (Because of a Japanese term used in the interview)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uniqlo (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Firstly, I applied for the job through an HR website, where a series of questions were asked, and I then had a limited time to record myself answering those questions.
The second stage involved a group assessment at Uniqlo's office in Central London. It took the form of a group assessment, where we were handed out a case study that had to be presented to the interviewers. The process was friendly, and the interviewers made sure to make us feel comfortable.

Question 1
Most of the questions related to explaining our recommendations regarding the case study and the latter relied on simple business concepts.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Paris)
Interview
First step was a group interview with a 2h duration. During the first hour the interviewers explain what the program is all about and during the second half you are split into groups of 4/5 people. As a team you are given a case about a store that is functioning really baldy i.e. dirty and employees aren't providing good customer service, and are told to come up with an action plan to fix this.
