I just filled out the form and got a call a few days after asking to come to one of their biggest retail stores for the interview. Once arrived at the store, I was taken to their staff room for the session. I had to fill out another form with my work experience and hand over the requested documents. The staff asked me to watch 3 videos about their basic policy during work, once finished I was invited to the interview session with 2 people [MC and HR)
