After my application I've got a call from HR in UK inviting me to do two test tasks. After completing and recording+explaining my workflow, I was ghosted for two weeks because hiring manager was traveling. In the meantime another offer came in so on Friday around 10 pm I followed-up with the UK HR to ask whether the hiring manager in Berlin reviewed my tasks and that I need to know it because I have another offer. I've got the answer within 5 minutes that the local hiring manager decided to not proceed with my application. Personally I don't believe that my task was checked at all considering being ghosted for two weeks and then getting a rapid answer on Friday evening.

One of the HR members called me on the phone and arranged the schedule. But they postponed a few hours just right before the interview. Interviewees didn't even say sorry for the lateness, and there was nothing kind of ice-braking or introducing themselves. There were 3 people in the chat but with only one of them I talked. Whole interview took about 25 minutes.
