it was a phone interview, I received it suddenly in the morning, it was easy and basic availability questions and 5 mins talk with HR, they said they would call me in 4 days if selected for face to face interview

The face-to-face interview setting was having 4 candidates to sit around and then answer the questions asked by the manager and assistant manager. You have to be prepared for certain level of brand knowledge, passion for the brand and varied interview questions like what is your biggest weakness. It lasts around 30 minutes to finish and they would notify you the result in 1 day.

The interviewer was articulate and mild mannered and it was a great interview experience.
I received a phone call at 10am the morning after I submitted my application on the website.
The person on the other end was a woman who spoke quickly but very clearly. It was also friendly to non-native English speakers like me.
