First off if you want the job smile a lot and be friendly, they love that!
But I'd run from this company. the way they run their business is extremely strict and you feel like you're being judged on every little thing. Management was unorganized. Be prepared to take a drug if you're being considered for the job.
I applied through the Indeed jobs app and got an email about a week later to come in for a group interview, we were met by a manager who directed us downstairs where we waited no more than 3 minutes. I entered another room with two other people and we were interviewed by the HR manager she was extremely nice and asked a minimum of five questions. She told us that we would hear from her that week and I did that following Thursday.

When brought into the office, multiple individuals are seated facing towards the store's manager for a group interview. Individuals are first seated, introduced, and then asked to answer the question one by one.
a little lengthy but generally very easy, lots of group interviews and generic questions, super welcoming and chill interviewers. not a single solo interview however. just prepare for knowing the company’s history.
