the HR who interviewed me said i was ready for Japan. she actually said that i need not to undergo the next interviews or written exams because she was impresses. i went home super happy cause i was really excited about this job. a week passed and i got an email saying that they think i should not pursue their company.. they left me hanging. :D the HR said im ready, but the email i got said i failed. tsss

It was really challenging. There were a lot of process that goes into it. Interviews, exams, situational questions and of course personal experiences that will help them define who you are.

Got so many levels to pass and even the first one is hard. Time consuming because so many levels and most of the interviews are physical interviews. If you already had a job it is hard to ask for leave for so many times.
