Interview
Before the interview, all applicants were left to wait in the break room before being subdivided into groups.I interviewed with a small group of applicants, 3-4. The head of the store asked each of us the same question and we got to hear different answers. He then told us more about himself and asked if we had any questions.

Question 1
Name something you noticed in the store today or previously that caught your attention?
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
