Interview was rather simple. As i didn't have work experience but showing your interviewer (who happens to be my store manager) that you are keen in this line of work and have passion to deliver exemplary customer service. Interview lasted for about 15~20 mins as i was interviewed together with another person. Overall the interviewer wants to get to know you as a person and see if you fit into the store's image.
