Only got to 2 the second round. Started with a group panel interview (3 interviewees and 2 interviewers), followed by a 3-day internship at the store. At the end of the 3-day internship there was a 15 min interview.

Interview
There are 3 rounds of interview with HR director, department director and CEO. The first two rounds interview is in group panel. The third one is individual interview. The interview is not hard but you have to show your passion.
