Uniqlo asked me about my experience with customer service, how I handle busy environments, and why I want to work for them. They focused on teamwork, flexibility, and brand understanding.
The employees were professional and the process was smooth and efficient. We were briefed about the company and interview processes with great detail, so I understood clearly what the next steps were.
1. Resume shortlisting 2. Interview round 3. Aptitude test round 4. Factory visit along with case study/group discussion round 5. Final interview round. They will pay for the travel fee if you are from the city out of paris.
