Group Interview - Grouped with random applicants. Discussion about certain topics such as teamworking, difficult situations we had to overcome. Also asked about UNIQLO and have we heard about the company and what we think of it (in terms of offerings / comparing to other competitors, what we think UNIQLO's strongest areas are etc.)

Question 1
Who do you think UNIQLO's competitors are and where would you rate us?
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
