After an online test, I was invited to an assessment center in Berlin. The assessment center was fairly easy compared to others that I’ve had before and only took one and a half hours. After that, I had an interview with HR where they wanted to know more about my personality and goals at Uniqlo. The process overall was a little bit weird unstructured. Further, HR staff seemed a little bit unqualified, and was not too good about speaking English, which is a problem if you can express yourself very well in English. If you get invited to the first stage interview with HR, make sure to have a good understanding of Uniqlos values, what your goals are as a UMC, how you would manage a team, and what your goals as a team leader look like.

Interview process was firstly Screening test --> then it was HR group interview --> progress to Interview w/ store managers + an HR manager --> In-store trial (half day) if you make it through all the above.
Overall positive. The pre-screen was easy. The assessment was very challenging but the online interview was very easy cuz you’ll be interviewing with ai and it only took like 1-2 minutes with a very general question
