Interview
Really quick they were recruiting loads of people ofr a new shop. In group you have to introduce yourself and blabla...the will call you in the same day if you got the job. Obviously they were desperate to hire more people because a lot of them quit, which does'nt surprise me...i reckon the pick who was avaliable full time and flexible...i thought i did a very bad interview because i was very nervous and ill that day, on the top of that the rest of the group were native english speakers and they gave one million of reasons why they wanted to work with them and all that stuff...i didn't and despite that o got the job and some of them no, because they were not fully flexible...
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
