Group interview to start with, followed by a individual interview. Group interview is a relatively straightforward case-study concerning increasing sales but there seems to be a lot of specific right answers that they are looking for you to say in order to progress you to the next stage. How could you improve sales during a special golf themed event.
It was really challenging. There were a lot of process that goes into it. Interviews, exams, situational questions and of course personal experiences that will help them define who you are.

Why our company? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Got so many levels to pass and even the first one is hard. Time consuming because so many levels and most of the interviews are physical interviews. If you already had a job it is hard to ask for leave for so many times.
