Interview
Face to face group interview (up to four to five people) after a ten minute phone interview.
Group interview was more like a grouped individual interview instead of a group discussion.
It wasnt a good opportunity to explain why I fit for the role when I am interviewing with other people as if i am outshining the others.
First 10 minutes was an introduction to the company. We then worked as a group to put a list of ten problems in order of importance and discussed our thoughts with each other while one of the interviewers observed.
