Sat down at a table and discussed. After reaching out through craigslist and it was rather informal. It didn't seem like something I wanted to do. They didn't offer much in terms of pay, but there were 401k and health care options.

The process they had was very formal and informative. A couple of informal meet and great with franchise owner and their employee. Had a great feel of what the job entailed and work environment
