I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unishippers (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and conversational. There are 3 interviews that you go through and none of them are very difficult. They made it seem like I was a perfect fit for the job and that all I had left to do was a personality test. I took the personality test and was told a few days later that I didn't get the job with no explanation and a complete disconnect from the previous interview.

Question 1
What was a time when you had to overcome adversity in your life?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Unishippers (Rutherford, NJ) in Jun 2026
Interview
Very hands on interview process. 3 out of 4 parts of the interview require you to be in person. They want to see that you are outgoing and will go the extra mile to get the job.
Intro call with hr basic get to know you questions, 2nd call with sales manager, 3rd call with owner and had pitch something and try to sell them. It was a normal sales job interview process.
Long interview process, multiple rounds focused on background, current role, and how you’d add value. Conversational but thorough. Expect repetition across interviews and consistent questions on experience and whether or not you're a fit.
