Interview
The interview process would be as below. This is a team lead role.
1. Recruiter would provide some resumes to the management for the open position looking at key skills.
2. Short listed candidates would be contacted by the recruiter - Recruiter would just want to here if you are interested about the opening.
3. A date and time will be scheduled and would be a panel round of interview (Manager and current team leads).
4. Site Lead or Director will have a word.
5. If selected, HR will discuss salary

Question 1
This is Team Lead role, the questions are basically on the process you are being hired, for e.g. If you are being interviewed for an Order Management Lead, you will be asked about your previous Order Management experience and how good are you on reporting. A question will be on the shifts flexibility.
