4 hours assessment. First we had a group presentation and an introduction of the company. After that, we had to write a multiple choices test in order to test the technology skills and knowledge. Furthermore there were two simulations of the customer and the agent in english and italian language. In end there was an interview about our perspective, passion and background to qualify us as the right candidate for that position.
