I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and within 3 days I received an email telling me to complete the video interview online (the 6 questions were super simple and all of them were found on this site). The next day i received an email telling me that I was selected to come down to Houston for an in-person interview. The flight was free and arranged by United Airlines-- you have to purchase your own hotel. The night before the interview I was SO nervous but I met another guy who was doing the same interview so we ate dinner together and practiced interview questions all night! The morning of the interview we (the other interview boy and I) had the option of taking the hotel shuttle to the airport and catching another shuttle from the airport to the project management center (where the interview was held) but that shuttle only goes every 30 minutes so we decided to take an uber since it would be faster and would make us less nervous. I recommend taking an uber or taxi, it's less waiting. Get there ON TIME and dress professionally and look your best. I was the only guy NOT wearing a suit, but obviously it didn't matter since I got offered the job after a one-on-one interview and then a follow up interview with two senior FA's. Filled out paperwork right then and there and they sent me to get my drug/hear/eye test done right away!

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
