I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied alone and the very next day I received an email saying that they were looking over my application. Either later that day or the next day I received an invitation to record my interview online using HireVue which I think I did horrible I don't know. I took the interview on the 4th day because, I had to prepare and make sure I had everything together an the right type of equipmen. It has now been about a 2 days since my recorded HireVue video that I felt like I bombed and now I am just waiting for a response back. I really want this but, not sure if I will get an email to interview face to face. I had the same similar questions as everyone else on glassdoor.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
