I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Initially, after completing the application online, you are invited to do a video interview. The video interview consists of questions that need to be pre-recorded, so essentially you are looking at yourself. (My suggestion would be to do the practice questions first.) Then I was invited to a face-to-face interview. There were about 20 of us at first. Like others mentioned, there is a session to ask questions to current flight attendants. Then, you are called back for one-on-one interviews. If the one-on-one goes well, they "forward your information" to see if they have more questions. You are put in a room with others that made it to the "second" stage. After, you are called back for a 2:1 interview. I did not get a job offer on the spot because they were interviewing for training classes at the end of the month & I am still in school. Good luck.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They have you read a prompt regarding a delay and ask how you would approach a passenger that needed to catch is connecting flight.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
