I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied on 04-11 and on 04-12 I got an invitation to do a video interview, I did it on the 3rd day which was 04-14 and I can honestly say it was very awkward as the questions are not read to you, you have to read them and record your answers. You aren't actually talking to anyone, you're just recording answers. I had initially planned to smile a lot, but it was hard for me as I was not comfortable recording myself. I received an email today 04-21 which is exactly a week after I submitted the interview. Will be doing the group interview Thursday the 28th in Newark! Any one else?

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
