Fill out an online application & unload a resume. The video interview was where I had trouble. First even though all other email from United came through my primary mail box, the video invitation came through my spam. I checked it late & only had 2 days to prepare for the video interview. Second, my laptop would not allow the video interview. I ended up having to do it on my phone. I stumbled through a couple of the questions , & ended up having to submit my interview on the 5th day of the invite which I do not recommend. Obviously I was not invited to a f2f interview.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
