I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Miami, FL) in May 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter online 05/20/2016, I received the invite to do the online interview on 05/22/2016. I completed the interview on 05/26/2016 and have been waiting to hear from United Airlines. It was easy enough to do the online interview, a real person would have been better and I hope to have a f2f opportunity. It has been many days so I'm kinda worried. Fingers crossed, good luck to all ;)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
