I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, attached my resume. That evening, I had an email inviting me to take the online interview. Shortly after that, I received an email inviting me to attend one of the upcoming in-person group interviews. There were several days to choose from. I called the number given and set up the appointment. The flight is complimentary if you live over 4 (driving) hours from the interview location.
